Aplicando conceitos de PNL e Coaching, o treinamento tem como objetivo aperfeiçoar o desempenho do atletas profissionais ou não, na pratica de esportes, explorando os dois aspectos do ser humano: aspecto externo (social, físico, técnico, tático) e o aspecto interno (mental, emocional,espiritual).
Essa experiência mostra a importância de se unir o desempenho físico e mental na busca pelo melhor desempenho, afinal, uma mente preparada faz o corpo ir mais longe.
